Data protection is a matter of trust. ENTIRETEC makes every effort in accordance with the current state of the art to ensure the statutory requirements for data protection and data security beyond the level of mere fulfillment. With these notes on data protection, we inform you when we store which data and how we use it – of course, in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations. We reserve the right to modify the content of this privacy policy. Therefore, we recommend that you read the privacy policy again at regular intervals.

2 GENERAL INFORMATION ON DATA PROTECTION
2.1 Scope of processing personal data
In principle, we only process personal data of our users, as this is necessary for the provision of a functional Service Portal or for our content and services. The processing of personal data of our users takes place regularly only for the fulfillment of contractual obligations or after the consent of the user. An exception applies to cases in which prior consent cannot be obtained for reasons of fact or where the processing of the data is permitted by law.
2.2 Legal basis for the processing of personal data
The Service Portal is an integral part of the contractually agreed services of ENTIRETEC with the respective customer. Therefore, the legal basis for the processing of personal data is mainly Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR regarding the fulfillment of a contract.
In addition, we are processing personal data with consent of the data subject in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR and to fulfill a legal obligation based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR.
If the processing of personal data is necessary to safeguard the legitimate interests of our company or a third party, and if the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not prevail over the first interest, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR serves as legal basis.
2.3 Data Deletion and Storage Period
We adhere to the principles of data minimization and storage limitation. The personal data of the data subject will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of the storage is eliminated.
Storage may be prolonged if this is required by the European or national legislator in laws or other regulations to which the controller is subject. Blocking or deletion of the data also takes place when a storage period prescribed by the standards mentioned expires, unless there is a need for further storage of the data for conclusion or fulfillment of a contract
3 PROVISION OF THE SERVICE PORTAL AND CREATION OF LOG FILES
When you access our Service Portal, our web servers automatically collect information of a general nature. This information (server log files) includes:
- Type of web browser
- Operating system used
- Domain name of the Internet service provider
- IP address of the computer being used
- Websites from which the user's system accesses our website
- Websites accessed by the user's system through our website
- Date and duration of the visit
This information is technically necessary in order to correctly deliver the requested content in our Service Portal and is mandatory when used. They are processed in particular for the following purposes:
- Ensuring a trouble-free connection setup of the Service Portal
- Ensuring a smooth use of our Service Portal
- Evaluation of system security and stability
- Administrative purposes
The processing of your personal data is based on our legitimate interest for the aforementioned purposes for collecting data pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. We do not use your information to draw conclusions about the data subject.
The recipient of the data is only the collector and possible processors. Anonymous information of this kind may be statistically evaluated by us in order to optimize our Service Portal and the underlying technology.
The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary for the purpose of its collection. In the case of storing the data in log files, this is the case after 60 days latest.
The collection of data for the provision of the Service Portal and the storage of the data in log files is essential for the operation of the Service Portal. Consequently, there is no right to object for the user.
4 Cookies
Our Service Portal uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device when you access the Service Portal either temporarily for the duration of a session (session cookies) or permanently (permanent cookies).
Session cookies are automatically deleted after your visit. Permanent cookies are used for repeated visits and remain stored on your device until you delete them yourself or the respective web browser automatically deletes them.
We only use necessary cookies on our Service Portal for the proper operation of the Service Portal and for the provision of basic functionalities. The processing of your personal data is based on our legitimate interest for the aforementioned purposes under Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR
This information is technically necessary in order to correctly deliver the requested content in our Service Portal and is mandatory when used.
- Session cookies for the provision and operation of the Service Portal. The storage period corresponds to the current session.
- Cookies for navigation and to provide basic functionalities of user experience. The storage period is 12 months.
Cookies are stored on the user's computer and transmitted from there to our site. By changing the settings in your Internet browser, you can disable or restrict the transmission of cookies. Already saved cookies can be deleted at any time. Please note that the Service Portal will not work if you have disabled the use of cookies.
5 CONTACTING
In our Service Portal, you can contact us via a provided e-mail address. If a user makes use of this option, the user's personal data transmitted by email will be stored. There is no disclosure of the data to third parties in this context.
The data is used exclusively for the processing of the contact and the conversation. This is also the reason for the legitimate interest in the processing of data according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR or for fulfillment of the contract pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary for the purpose of its collection. This is the case when the conversation with the user ends. The conversation is ended when it can be inferred from the circumstances that the relevant facts have been finally clarified.
If the user contacts us by e-mail, he may object to the storage of his personal data at any time by an e-mail to datenschutz@entiretec.com. In such a case, the conversation cannot continue.
6 Rights of the data subject
Using the contact details of our data protection officer, you can always exercise the following rights:
- Information about your stored data and their processing
- Correction of incorrect personal data
- Erasure of your data stored with us
- Restriction of data processing, if we are not yet allowed to delete your data due to legal obligations
- Objection to the processing of your data
- Data portability
If you have given us your consent, you can revoke it at any time with future effect, as long as the processing of your personal data is not required for the performance of the contract.
You can always contact the supervisory authority responsible for you with a complaint. Your supervisory authority depends on the state of your domicile, work or alleged violation. Please find a list of the supervisory authorities (for the non-public sector) with addresses here.
